Explore Ironbark Canada Siding & Decking
We’re proud to introduce Ironbark Canada — a new home for our premium line of thermally modified hardwood siding and decking. Designed for performance, beauty, and longevity, Ironbark combines modern innovation with the natural character of real wood.

Thermally modified wood that’s built to last
At ThermalWood Canada, we’re so much more than just a thermally modified wood manufacturer. Through a process of heat and steam, with temperatures between 200 and 250°C, we change the chemical properties of the wood, giving it a whole new life. We pride ourselves on not using any chemicals during this process. It’s environmentally friendly, and it allows us to use domestic woods right here in New Brunswick to create an exotic, dark brown look. Besides its aesthetic charm, thermally modified wood also creates a stable, mold, and insect resistant product.
ecological footprint
Our thermally modified wood is Canadian. We process it here in Canada, at our plant in Bathurst, New Brunswick, and ship it to wherever you need.
high-quality product
Being a member of the International ThermoWood Association ensures that our products are always up to industry standards. That means great quality, every time.
personal touch
With 100 % customizable options, we’re dedicated to partnering with you to bring your project to life while exceeding your expectations.
Thermally Modified Hobby shop items
We’re excited to share that our online Hobby Shop is growing every week. Starting now, we’ll be adding new varieties of hobby wood packs — featuring unique thermally modified species, off-cuts, and creative combinations perfect for makers, artists, and wood enthusiasts.
Our goal is to build a complete catalogue that highlights all of the incredible hobby packs available here at ThermalWood Canada — each one made from sustainably sourced, thermally modified wood crafted right here in Bathurst, New Brunswick.
Whether you’re a woodworker, hobbyist, or simply love the look and feel of fine wood, we invite you to explore what’s new each week and discover your next project.
