🔥 How to Use:
Charcoal Grills & Smokers

• Soak 1–3 cups for 30 mins
• Add directly to coals or around edges
• For bolder flavour, add fresh chips every 15 mins

Gas Grills

• Soak chips and wrap in foil (poke holes), or use a smoker tray
• Place directly on grates or heat tents
• Chips will begin smoking in ~15 mins — keep the lid closed for best results
