1. Do you ship across Canada and the United States?
Yes! We actually ship globally. We work with a variety of trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
2. Can homeowners buy directly from ThermalWood Canada?
Absolutely. While we work closely with architects, designers, and manufacturers, we’re happy to help homeowners bring their vision to life. Just reach out with your project details.
3. Do you offer sample pieces?
Yes. We can provide small sample pieces upon request so you can see the look and feel of our products before committing to a larger order.
4. What are your lead times for orders?
Lead times vary depending on the product and quantity. On average, most orders ship within 4-6 weeks upon the initial deposit. Custom or large-volume orders may require more time. We’ll give you an accurate timeline when you submit a quote request.
5. Is there a minimum order size?
There is no order to big or too small. Whether it’s 5sq/ft or 5000, reach out and we’ll help you get what you need.
6. Do you sell through distributors or direct only?

7. How is thermally modified wood different from traditional wood?
Thermal modification is a heat and steam process that enhances the durability, stability, and resistance of the wood, without chemicals. The result is a beautiful, high-performance material ideal for everything from decking to instruments.
