Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-cut, custom-finished, or clearance items.

Return Process:

2. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within [X days].

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
