Excellence in wood modification
Our thermal modification process can be applied to all wood species following the parameters governed by the Thermowood Association. ThermalWood Canada have processed a variety of species but we pride ourselves on the expertise that has been developed over the years with hardwoods.
Other than selling products, ThermalWood Canada also offers a service of thermal modification. Using a specially designed kiln, wood is heated at high temperatures, essentially “cooking” the lumber. For more information on the thermal modification process, please visit our Technology section.
